East End Marine Park
East End Marine Park
The St. Croix East End Marine Park (EEMP) is the U.S. Virgin Islands’ first marine park, and was established on January 15, 2003. The park encompasses an area approximately 60 square miles on the eastern end of the island and is intended to protect and manage the natural and cultural resources of this area. This shoreline park is approximately 17 miles long and extends from the high-tide line to the three-mile limit out at sea. The East End Marine Park provides a variety of adventures from light hiker to the more adventurous hiker with the option of snorkeling, all with stunning views and plenty of photo opportunities. Issac's Bay Hike Also, we offer a hike starting from Point Udall (the eastern-most point of the United States). This hike takes us down to Isaac's bay, a gorgeous beach that offers many coral heads to explore as we do offer snorkeling on this trip. *Snorkeling: guest must bring your own snorkeling gear. Mask and fins can be rented at any dive shop on island. We highly recommend renting a set of snorkeling gear for your entire visit to St. Croix. Price: $50 Duration: 2.5 - 3 hrs |
