Ty McRae
Originally from the farm lands of Idaho, Ty arrived on the island in 2008. After acquiring his degrees in Environmental Science and Geographic Information Systems, he made the move to St. Croix where he specialized in outdoor education. With a strong focus on children outreach programs, he got involved with the Boys and Girls club, Summer Camps, and after school programs. His high energy and enthusiasm makes him a fun and knowledgeable guide.

Leah Santini
Leah arrived on island in 2014 to work with Bushtribe. She has a degree in Parks and Recreation Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She has been a wilderness guide for twelve years, leading activities that include kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, and whitewater rafting. When not guiding she can be found underwater bonding with moray eels.
Travis McRae
Travis ventured to St. Croix in the fall of 2008 in search of new ideas, culture, and adventure. Born and raised in Idaho, he has an agricultural background and has been involved with numerous outdoor and recreational activities throughout the years. Upon arrival to STX, he lived the sailboat lifestyle and became part of the after school programs and summer camps. His personal dedication to learn about all aspects of St. Croix makes him a knowledgeable and passionate guide. Now he shares what he has gained and learned with others from all over the world.

Adrian Rogers
Adrian was born and raised in North California. Involved since a young age in numerous outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking and extreme rock-climbing, he has always had a love for nature and its elements.
Since moving to St. Croix from Spain 8 years ago, he has established himself as local entertainer, trained rescue SCUBA diver and kayak tour guide.
Adrian met Ty McRae over 8 years ago in St. Croix while working together as kayak tour guides in Salt River National Park. They came together as a team to not only educate and explore, but to ensure a safe and very entertaining adventure experience.

Orion McRae (guide in training)
Only four years old and Orion is already showing leadership skills. He helps set up and tear down the kayak gear whenever he can. He is still learning to communicate, drive, and back up a trailer. Soon he will be one of St. Croix's finest guides.
Mowgli
Mowgli is a little over a year old and is a natural in the water. He was found at the dump when he was just a cub. He is eager to load up in the kayak and always wants to retrieve the stick. He is still learning the ropes but is getting it quickly.
Diego (rescue dog)
Born and raised in St. Croix and just 4 years old Diego is one of our highest trained employees. Standing a mere half a foot tall, Diego displays potent leadership qualities.
He has an endless wealth of knowledge of the indigenous flora and fauna, and is an irreplaceable asset to any extreme adventure.
